I'm assuming none of you live in Russia, so I won't tell you how to get it if you live in Russia.
Go to any Russian proxy, like webproxy.ru OR dostyp.ru (that one didn't work for me)
Go to stardoll with the proxy, and log in. Once the page has loaded, put the following into the proxy URL box.
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=690
Wait until the page loads, close the proxy, and go back to Stardoll as normal. It'll be in your suite.
